Has anyone been able to take money out of JEP bank account and wire it to their Charles Schwab account? Charles Schwab tells me that the money must be wired to their intermediary account at Citi bank. From there Citi puts it in your account at Schwab. JEP says that they will not do it that way. They refuse to use the Citi bank of Charles Schwab as an intermediary; so the money sits. Much easier to wire money into JEP than to wire it out. Please, has anyone here had experience with this?
