Does Medicare realize there is no postal service in Ecuador?

Since I’m turning 65 in a couple of months and have read that Medicare mails a “welcome” letter a few months before your 65th birthday, does anyone here in Ecuador know whether or not Medicare realizes we have no mail here?

If you are already receiving Social Security you will be automatically set up. If not, you can handle all of this through an online account with Medicare. It's easy to set up. I have only communicated with Medicare digitally for the past 8 years. They will still mail your physical... Read more 0 0

But doesn’t this open you up to having to also pay state taxes to a state you do not love in simply because you are maintaining an address there? 0 0
