Looking for a furnished room for rent, pet-friendly

I'm looking for a furnished room (with a bed, closet, desk, and chair) to rent. It's important that it has access to a kitchen, washing machine, and basic utilities included: water, electricity, gas, and internet. It's also important that pets are allowed, as I have a loving and well-behaved dog, who is part of my family.

My budget is $150 per month. I am a responsible, calm, respectful, and habit-free person. I work as a virtual assistant. I can provide references from clients I have cleaned for.

My little one is housebroken, calm, and non-disruptive. I am attentive to her care and maintenance to ensure a harmonious coexistence.

Move-in date: immediate. If you have a room available or know someone who might be interested in sharing their space, please contact me.

I appreciate any information or assistance you can provide!

Thank you,

Alejandra
