On Tuesday, May 5, we’re turning our lunch service over to Vicky of Antojitos. She’ll be preparing several delicious dishes in celebration of Cinco de Mayo.
Doors open at noon, and lunch service starts at 1 PM. Mauricio will be bartending a well-stocked cash bar.
Each entrée is $15 and includes fresh chips and salsa, dessert, and live Mariachi entertainment.
• Cazuela de chile Relleno: Stuffed chile casserole served with rice black beans, and corn tortillas
• Mix Mexican Fajitas: Pork, chicken, and beef strips served with guacamole and your choice of flour or corn tortillas
• Mexican Enchiladas: Three chicken stuffed enchiladas topped with red sauce and served with rice and beans
• Pork Ribs in Green Sauce: Served with Mexican rice, beans, and corn tortillas
• Pozole: A traditional soup of tender pork and hominy served with fresh toppings
Please make your reservations and menu selections by Monday, April 27. No walk-ins, please. Sabatino’s dinner service will resume at 5 PM.
