Stop Visiting the Galápagos; Start Discovering Them

Experience the True Essence of the Galápagos Islands

Every year, travelers arrive with high expectations but often leave feeling like they’ve only scratched the surface. They may have followed the itinerary, taken photos, but missed experiencing the soul of the islands.

About Me

My name is Alex Arregui, a Marine Biologist with a Master’s degree from the University of Birmingham. I am a former researcher at the Charles Darwin Research Station and have been a 30-year resident of the Galápagos Islands. This isn’t just a destination for me; it’s my home.

A Unique Island-Hopping Experience

I specialize in designing personalized island-hopping journeys, ranging from smart budget trips to exclusive luxury experiences. With no rigid schedules or crowded groups, I create the perfect plan tailored around your preferences.

What Sets My Tours Apart?

  • Optimized Time Management: we schedule activities when wildlife is most active, not based on a cruise timetable.
  • Immersive Experiences: Gain a deeper understanding of the island’s wildlife and ecosystems.
  • Exclusive Accommodations: Stay in my private suites in Isabela, offering stunning views of the Flamingo Lagoon and the Sierra Negra Volcano.
  • Complete Flexibility: Choose from boutique hotels, local stays, or luxury accommodations tailored to your preferences.

Stress-Free Planning

Simply book your flights to the Galápagos, and I will handle all other aspects of your trip, including tours, transfers, and logistics.

Supporting the Local Community

I collaborate directly with trusted local captains and small operators to ensure an authentic experience that benefits the local community.

Interested in Exploring the Galápagos Islands?

Whether you are just beginning to consider a trip or have specific ideas in mind, feel free to reach out to me. I can assist in planning the best way to experience the islands based on your time, budget, and interests.

“Makes you happy, makes me happy.”
