About the Role
Hi, I’m Paul, based in Cuenca. Over the past year, I’ve built Bidsquire — an AI-powered platform that analyzes U.S. auction listings and helps partners identify items with real resale value before they bid.

The platform is live, the system works, and we’re now hiring Metro Auction Managers in Cuenca to help expand into U.S. markets.

What you’ll Do

• Manage one assigned U.S. metro area (e.g., Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Raleigh)
• Take short screening calls with applicants interested in online auction reselling
• Identify serious candidates and onboard them as Bidsquire partners
• Explain how our AI tools help generate consistent auction profits
• Support partners after onboarding (auction sourcing, AI bid lists, monthly check-ins)

What you Won’t Do

• No travel required
• No inventory handling
• No auction expertise needed — we provide the system and tools

Time Commitment
Approximately 10 hours per week per metro. High performers can take on additional metro areas.

Compensation

• Base Pay: $10/hour (up to 10 hours per week per metro)
• Performance Bonus: Up to 12.5% of partner profits
• Bonuses are paid monthly for up to 12 months per partner

A well-managed metro can generate steady monthly commissions in addition to base pay, especially as you expand into multiple territories.
