Ruta G joins the celebrations for International Women’s Day. On this occasion, we invite you to celebrate the talent of some of our best female chefs in the company of very special guests: Mercedes Folklore and the nutritionist María del Carmen Velázquez.
Program -Saturday March 7-
Meeting point: “Madame” Calle del Chirote and Los Cisnes (Sector Universidad del Azuay)
10 AM: Visit to “Madame”: Tasting of special “brunch” and conversation with chef Rocío Valencia.
11 AM: Visit to “La Chichería”: Tasting of tapas with drinks and conversation with chef Tatiana Rodríguez. / Presentation of “La Mercedes Folklore” with articles inspired by the “Chola Cuencana” that will be raffled among attendees.
Noon: Visit to “Warmikuna” for cooking tips and tasting by chef Catalina Abad. Here, nutricionist María del Carmen Velázquez, will offer us a brief but very interesting lecture about nutrition for women.
1:30 PM: Special dessert by Paola Morocho from “Zatua Miski”
Note: During transfers between restaurants, the guide will inform us of very interesting facts about Cuenca.
