– Marlene is always punctual. She has never been late in four years and is respectful of my time.
– Marlene uses a range of cleaning products (that I supply) to address various maintenance, care, and disinfecting needs. She knows how to treat fine wood furniture, wax wood floors, clean porcelain, remove stains, and protect granite, etc.
– Marlene goes above and beyond to help me – including volunteering to take my oven apart to remove shards of glass from a dish that exploded. She is a hard worker and wants to be of good service.
– I trust Marlene completely with not only with my valuables but also my private information and she is respectful of my work space and personal items.
– Marlene is warm-hearted, kind, and very respectful.
Marlene cleans my whole house (5 bedrooms, 2 floors) once per week and is great with my pets. Marlene does not speak English however she specializes in providing services to foreign clients and families who do not speak Spanish. All of her clients are from North America or Europe. She is an excellent communicator given that some of her clients do not share her to contact me with any questions.
