That’s what’s cooking at Joes’ Secret Garden this week.
You don’t have to go to fly to Mexico. you don’t have go to the airport. you don’t have to buy a ticket. you just have to get on down to Joes’ Secret Garden this Saturday to enjoy some real Tex-Mex favorites. From the border to PV.
The fun starts in the bar at 4:30 – $5 drink specials … Margaritas – up or frozen, Ranch Water (with tequila), or Tequila Sunrise – your choice…tortilla chips and KP’s salsa pico de gallo. All in the Bar, Lounge, or beautiful Garden.
Dinner starts about 6 PM.
We start with Sopa!!
Tortilla Soup – a wonderful south of the border beginning – seasoned, rich chicken broth joined with shredded char-grilled chicken, roasted corn and tomatoes. sweet peppers. avocado and fried tortilla strips. A full-flavored favorite!

Mexican inspired Beef or Chicken Fajitas – you make it your way from your platter – Acapulco —-with colorful peppers and onions – then top with your favorite sides: guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, salsa and hot sauce with corn tortillas… a hearty main course.
We finish dinner with a traditional South-of-Border Tres Leches cake, Loja coffee and international tea selection.
