My wife and I have heard a lot of good things from our friends about Calvo & Co. so we went yesterday for lunch and we are glad that we did. From the minute that we walked in and received a very warm welcome from the owner to the way he described the food to the way the food tasted was fabulous.
Growing up in NYC and having the opportunity to partake with food from all over the world Cuenca is quickly becoming an international food city and Calvo is contributing to that fact. The owner is from Spain which has influenced his style of cooking which we found to be not only interesting but quite flavor-able as well.
