For those of you who remember Costtillas y Mas/Ribs and More I have some good news, I have decided to bring those ribs to R’ Gourmet. Yes, those delicious ribs, rubbed with my secret rib rub, not sauced so you know they are good without the sauce, the flavor is natural from the smoking process. 6 hours at 185°F make those fall off the bone gourmet ribs.
For those of you who were not in Cuenca during 2016 and 2017, you are in for a treat. Starting Wednesday, January 28, we will serve smoked ribs for lunch and dinner. They are on the menu folks come and get them.
