- Move, Connect, Learn is an experiential integration program created for new arrivals in Cuenca.
- Designed for those seeking a more integral way to settle in and understand daily life in Ecuador.
- Explores practical themes like local customs, communication styles, personal safety, and digital awareness.
- Topics are discussed, reflected on, and integrated through Biodanza, a joyful, music-based movement practice.
- Participants engage both body and mind, building confidence, emotional awareness, and connections.
- Shared movement and conversation foster friendships and ease the transition to feeling at home.
Course Information:
- Taught by María Mercedes Moreno for 8 weeks, starting on Saturday, January 17.
- Classes held on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
- Program includes 20 hours of guided practice.
- Full fee: $240, with 30% supporting the nonprofit Hearts of Gold.
