the closest I have found is Parmalat crema in the yellow bag at Coral, it has a 6% graso (fat), and even with that I often put a little milk in, this works pretty well, there is no true half and half here, I wish 00

It's easy to make. Mix 3/4 whole milk and 1/4 heavy cream. 00

I make my own. Half lactose free milk and half heavy cream. I use the Toni milk and Tru heavy cream. The cream is found in the baking aisle. 00
