Hi Jerry, I am running into this issue now. Not getting prompt responses. Wondering how things turned out for you. 00

Over a month later I hear nothing, so I had to reach him a second time. He said to wait a bit more. Meanwhile I found someone who got the item to me in less than a week. It's been months and for all that guy knows I'm still waiting for his call. I would prefer being straightforward and someone telling me- No, I can't do it - instead of wasting my time. Zero follow up.Read more00

Many in Ecuador may have suboptimal follow up skills and no customer service acumen, but with Sandra what we are referring to is the outright theft of peoples money and posessions. We used her for years and were always happy until more recently when the corruption started. 00

Thank you for posting, Jerry! This is the sort of post we need to see much more of. warn others of shoddy service and/or make them give a public accounting. 00

Seems like the one year slander campaign against Sandra, all over social media, has succeeded.
Just remember, you reap what you sew folks. 00

Paul Wilches, Relocation Services of Ecuador, 098-721-3242. He's imminently reliable and straightforward. 00

Hello Colibri, does Paul Wilches bring 10-20 pounds packages also or is he doing only container shipping? If he does "mule service" as well, how much does he charge per pound? Thanks. 00
Colibrí
I know that he ships pallets of boxes up to a certain weight, but he mostly does containers. But you should contact him with your question, because many times he is less expensive than air freight. 00
Greyrocking
Just use AP Shipping. They are reliable and stay in contact 00
Colibrí
They also mule illegally, so you take your chances... 00
Greyrocking
Simply untrue. They have a RUC and comply with all import laws and fees 00
Colibrí
They might have an RUC, but they bring their items via commercial airlines via mules, not through the port customs. That's illegal, whether it's a "gray area" or not... 00
Peter Grant
they also charge $12/lb if you send more than 2 pounds of supplements and $10 for a Firestick that maybe weighs less than half a pound. there are many more cheaper alternatives that provide great service .... like Deblex 00

Thank you. 00
Jerry
Thank you, yes we know Paul. Unfortunately Sandra who has been reliable in the past is in posession of our money and belongings at the moment. Looking for people in similar situation who'd be willing to help offline? 00
Kassandra
Not a "real" shipper. He's simply a "go between". He gave me a lot of misinformation. Claimed I had more than I said I would ship and charged me extra. Yet, the shipment came in, it was exactly what I had claimed, except for expensive missing computer parts, which he... 00

Is it to the point you need a lawyer? Contact Paul Wilches- he's not a lawyer but he is in tune with the shipping world and may be able to guide you where to go and how to proceed in this instance. 00
