Which Ecuadorian banks or cooperatives don’t charge fees for ATM withdrawals using a US bank ATM card?

I don't think you will find any banks that do not charge an ATM withdrawal fee anymore the best rate I found last week I was $300 at Banco Guyquail $1.50 I do not know if that is there withdrawal limit 0 0

Read the question again. The question was not which debit card is free. It was, "Which Ecuadorian banks or cooperatives don’t charge fees." We can all stipulate that Schwab is free but everyone doesn't have that card. Read the question!! 0 0

Schwab does not rebate ATM fees from Banco Pichincha or Banco del Austro because they do not break out the fees separately, sorry to say! 0 0

That’s good to know, Tom. I’ll avoid those two banks with my Schwab debit card. More specifically to the original question, Banco Internacional charges no ATM withdrawal fee. 0 0
