You need to call the CDC and they will send you the instructions on how to apply for your dogs to fly to the US. Cats do not need the CDC permission because the exemption is for dogs and not cats. You need to apply to the CDC for permission to "repatriate" your pets. Permission is granted on a case by case basis, and you need the approval paperwork before you can make flight arrangements for the pet. This is what I was told when I contacted them in August. And,... 00
