There was an article in GringoPost some time ago regarding filing list of assets with Ec. gov’t. The filing date was end of May, then there was an extension of 3 months later. Does anyone know who files these now?

What assets are required to be reported? Cars? Real Estate? Businesses? 00

According to our attorney, this is true and accurate after the US signed an agreement with Ecuador to share this information. It ONLY applies if your assets meet or are over the stated amounts. If you are Canadian or other non-US citizen, you can probably forget it. 00
