No one seems to notice or care- but the creator of the PCR test, Dr. Kary Mullis, publicly, and on record, stated that the PCR test should never be used to diagnose disease- that that usage of the technology constitutes medical fraud. 00

Not PCR, but rapid antigen is given with quick results (1 - 2 hours) at Red Cross Cuenca. American Airlines (among others) accept rapid antigen text. 00
