This little cutie was found on the streets and needs a good home. We’d love to keep her – she is so sweet – but can’t due to allergies. We did take her to a vet and she is now clean and spayed. She is about one year old.

Because every garment is made by hand and tailored to individual measurements, custom clothing is a process. One or two fittings are a normal and essential part of achieving a beautiful, comfortable fit. During these try-ons, we adjust shape, length, and details so everything feels just right.
We kindly ask for your patience during fittings. We understand that trying on garments, sometimes more than once, can be a bit tiring. These moments are what allow us to correct our work and perfect the fit to deliver a final piece you’ll truly love.
We work quickly and usually you can get your first fitting scheduled within a week of your order with changes made in a day or two after that.
You will find our pricing to be very fair as basic garments like basic shirts and sports pants start at 15 dollars labor plus materials with a final price ranging from 21 to 30 dollars depending on the cost of the fabric. You can also provide material and we will just charge for labor. We will quote other styles and patterns depending on how much time-consuming the pattern will be.
La Dragona is a small female-owned entrepreneurship where we work daily to improve our business practices and we appreciate all the support we have received from the community.
Our workshop and fitting room is located about 4 blocks from Supermaxi Don Bosco at Vasco Nuñez de Balboa 2 y Bartolomé Ruiz in Cuenca.
We offer house calls at no extra cost to people who live close to the center of Cuenca, if you live a bit further away we can offer a fair fee to come to you.

“Umbral: At the Threshold of Reality” is a contemporary art exhibition that explores the space where perception shifts and the emotions of reality unfold with fluidity. Through symbolic, layered visual languages, the works invite us to question certainty and reflect on our relationship with nature, community, and the world we inhabit.
Bringing together Diego Buitrón (Ibarra, Ecuador) and Omar Quesada (Havana, Cuba), the exhibition moves between material exploration and surreal imagery. Buitrón’s work blends techniques and references that evoke ancestral memory and environmental awareness, while Quesada uses symbolic, surreal compositions to transform everyday elements into scenes that challenge how we perceive reality.

Susy is a sweetheart that found herself abandoned in the area where her owners had lived. As if being alone wasn’t bad enough Susy was hit by a car and was left with both back legs and one hip broken. Without any help she was left to lie in the cold for several days unable to move and in immense pain. A kind neighbor took her in but was unable to get her the care she needed due to lack of finances so Susy continued to suffer.
Luckily a rescuer stepped up and took Susy to the vet where she got the care she needed. After surgery Susy is healthy with only a slight limp. She has also been spayed, had all her shots and is ready for a loving home. Susy is a medium-sized dog that is sweet and friendly with dogs, cats and children.
