Join us for a truly personal experience at Zeytun.
Our chef is celebrating his birthday the way he knows best—by cooking for you. For four special days, he will be preparing an exclusive menu featuring some of his most beloved dishes, made with care, memory, and tradition.
Thursday through Sunday | Noon – 10 PM
On the table:
Kabak dolması – tender zucchini stuffed with a flavorful, seasoned filling
Mantı – delicate handmade dumplings served with yogurt and garlic sauce
Karnıyarık – eggplant filled with a rich, savory meat mixture
Tandır lamb kebap – slow-cooked lamb, incredibly tender and full of deep flavor
Served with fresh yogurt, acılı ezme (spicy tomato-pepper relish), and garlic sauce
And to finish
Kabak tatlısı – a traditional pumpkin dessert, gently cooked and lightly sweet
Includes one glass of beer or a soft drink.
$25 per person
