At La Rana Masa Madre, we bake authentic, slow-fermented sourdough from scratch. No commercial yeast, no preservatives — just time, passion, and quality ingredients.
We are a home-based micro-bakery (no storefront), focused on baking fresh bread to order for pickup or delivery.
