There is one word that describes IKA to a T: Yummy. The food is Yummy-plated beautifully and served by an excellent wait staff led by Captain Sebastian. Each bite is nirvana. I am not exaggerating at all. The flavors are a blend of Peruvian Fusion Cuisine showcasing Cordon Bleu trained, Chef Michael. Each dish represents his commitment to provide the finest in dining experiences.
The setting is Yummy-comfortable and welcoming to enhance your dining experience. The cocktails are Yummy-Michelle (Bartender) crafts delicious, amazing, and gorgeous cocktails featuring Pisco (along with all the standards and more). Great wine list as well.
Chef Michael really loves his gringo amigos as this Saturday evening he is offering gratis – to each table of 3 – an order of his Wantanes (my personal favorite) and tables of six a full bottle of wine from his “cellar”. Great way to check out all his amazing dishes.
