Kinti Wasi is a community living an hour north of Azogues, learning together about agroecology, sacred pilgrimages, and growing organic, sustainable, beautiful produce of Ecuadorian varieties. They deliver door to door twice a month and produce is outstanding and very fresh – broccoli and cauliflower still enfolded in their leaves, cilantro and basil still perfumed… eggs with bright orange yolks… honey… agave syrup…
