I had problems with my vertical blinds and called Sandra Flores for help. (The store also sells Matrasses, sheets, upholstery, rugs and of course blinds.) She promptly sent a service man over who arrived on time.
After genuinely trying to fix it in my home the unit had to be taken to the store for repair. The blinds were repaired, delivered, reinstalled at the projected time – all at a very fair price.
