Hi, my name is Carolina Machuca, a professional in the field of physiotherapy and a fitness coach, and I guarantee your progress. In these classes you will learn,barre, pilates, calisthenics and body expression techniques. Create your own health club, invite two or three friends to join you with no extra charge. My classes are adapted to all levels and ages and I recommend you work on your flexibility for the following reasons:
