Looking for accountant who handles US/EC taxes

We will likely be moving to Cuenca in October. We are having to file our taxes separately due to student loans. Is there an accountant in Ecuador who handles both US and Ecuadorian tax forms?

I don’t know if we’ll have to file an Ecuadorian tax return or not.
