Nope. I did walk the road to the top yesterday afternoon though (2022-06-23).
Even that road is blocked off at the very top end (with that corrugated aluminum or whatever it is that they use around here). But just before the barricade there is a flight of steps that you can take up a few more feet, if you want to get a look at what's going on up there.
I didn't go any farther -- didn't want to get into the middle of the construction, though a couple of others walked through, but maybe they live there. Not really much going on, but anyway, none of my business.
Still a nice walk.
One more thing though -- Tres Puentes -- the intersection of Av. Fray Vicente Solano and Av. Primero de Mayo, Av. Don Bosco, Av 25 de Mayo, Pa. Río Yanuncay (where the roundabout is) was blocked. The transit police had the place blocked off, and there were burning tires in the street, also blocking things.
Besides that, there were a few teenagers standing around with their hands in their pockets. Nothing much going on aside from the burning tires. But -- as I walked back north on my way home around 5 p.m., I did see several dumptrucks flying flags and carrying bunches of people heading south, toward that intersection.
So, I didn't have any problems, but keep your eyes open. You probably won't have any issues.Read more00

No. However the walk up the road is nice. I was up there two weeks ago guessing several more weeks until they are finished construction. 00
