I believe there's at least one English speaker at the Solano branch. At least there used to be. That's where I would go when I needed an English speaker. But fairly recently, I went to the Ordonez Lasso branch because I needed help. The bank was changing a particular credit... I believe there's at least one English speaker at the Solano branch. The bank was changing a particular credit card of theirs to a different card, and I was required to make a phone call to initiate getting the new card. Now, I know some Spanish, but making a phone call about a credit card and having to make selections on a voice menu was beyond my capabilities. So I went to bank, spoke in Spanish to a non-English speaker and asked her to make the phone call for me. So she did. When she had a question for me, she used Google Translate, or something like that. typed in her question, then turned her monitor to face me so I could read the translation into English. I'm almost always able to answer in Spanish. (Comprehension is where my Spanish skills really fall down.) The whole process took a grueling 45 minutes. But that day, their service was simply exceptional.Read more00
