Last call for our Ecuadorian Vanilla Farm Day Trip — October 1!

We will leave Cuenca early in the morning for a full day immersed in the story of Ecuadorian organic Tahitensis vanilla.

You will see the vanilla vines growing on the farm and learn why every flower must be hand-pollinated. We will walk through the process from harvest to curing: washing, killing, drying, conditioning, sorting, and packing the beans that eventually fill your kitchen with that deep, warm vanilla aroma.

We will also visit a cacao hacienda, enjoy lunch, and see how Ecuadorian vanilla becomes part of beautiful chocolate creations.

It is a day trip filled with nature, flavor, chocolate, vanilla, and the people behind a product grown with patience and purpose.
