Fingerprinting for California background check

I failed to bring with me the state background check. Does anyone know where can I go to get fingerprinted and get notarized to send it back to California for Apostile? Thanks for your help,

You can get your fingerprints taken for free at the police station around the corner from the Cuenca Airport. Go in the afternoon after they have lunch. 0 0

You need fingerprints to get the FBI report, but not the state report - at least in my state. The state apostilles it if you ask when you request the report. If your state requires the request be notarized, any notary here can do that as there is an international... 0 0
