Isabel is the best. We got our permanent visas within days. We never had to go to Azogues or the airport, not even once. I’m blown away as the facilitator who did our temp visa required multiple trips to Azogues where we each got to pay each of them by the hour for each trip, in addition to the fees we paid before we left the States. We were also sent on a miserably uncomfortable trip to Guayaquil, which other facilitators did not require, but we were new and naively thought it was required of everyone.
Speaking of fees, Isabel advertised she was about half of most competitors, which is true. Additionally, she doesn’t ask for her fees until you have the visas. Wow, that’s a true guarantee.
She strikes us as polite, timely, competent, customer service oriented in North American style, and speaks excellent English. She worked in Canada for decades until she returned to her native Cuenca. You can ask her anything and she answers without barking at you. She has her own car and of course, she doesn’t need an interpreter. She communicated with us every step of the way. Truly the best customer service experience we’ve had here.
