Alma Healing Center connects you with safe, small-group ayahuasca retreats in Ecuador, with a focus on personal attention, therapeutic support, and authentic experiences in nature.
Created by an expat with over 12 years of experience in plant medicine, Alma works with a small number of trusted local facilitators, prioritizing safety, integrity, and depth over mass tourism.
We offer several retreat options, including private ayahuasca or San Pedro/wachuma ceremonies near Quito, 4-day immersive ayahuasca retreats in the cloud forest, and weeklong women’s healing retreats in a more intimate, supportive setting. Private retreats can also be arranged.
Our approach is grounded and personalized:

The 4-day cloud forest retreat (2 ceremonies) is ideal for those seeking a deeper experience without a long time commitment, combining ceremony, integration, and time in nature.
The women’s retreats (next one September 2026) offer a more intentional, feminine-led space for emotional healing, reconnection, and support.
Prices range from $200 to $1,200+, depending on the retreat type (private/group), length and type of ceremony, and include accommodation and meals.
All retreats can be facilitated in Spanish and/or English, with translation available if needed.
