We are a retired couple (non-smokers/no pets/ no car) looking for a hard-to-find apartment. It must be at least a three bedroom, and three full baths with an elevator (knee problems and recent hip replacement surgery ) and security guard.
Prefer furnished, but would consider unfurnished for the right place and love other amenities like a gym and be walkable to stores and restaurants.
We’ve stayed in a few different areas in Cuenca but really liked the Puertas del Sol area – Palermo Building but are open to other areas.
