It’s a typical traditional soup made with selected tender grains, cod, and other fish varieties. Most importantly, I don’t prepare it with salt, which makes it a favorite dish recognized worldwide. We use very old recipes from years past, made by our mothers and grandmothers, which I inherited and always prepare with excellent quality and hygiene, and above all, with a lot of love and care to continue this tradition and preserve our best traditions of yesteryear. You can order Fanesca in advance for any day of the week or weekend. It’s ideal for sharing with friends, family, or even if you’re alone.
