We care about you and your family. So we create healthy safety protocols. We as a team from C&C also are supporting our front desk and stylists/estheticians/practitioners to communicating our new cleaning protocols amidst the coronavirus.
Ways to bring our clients back in a safe way (e.g., prohibiting walk-ins, adding waitlists, updating hours and service offerings, etc.) to our salon, and Barber Shop. Why? We may need to rethink our retail section to keep our clients and staff members safe. How do we keep our clients and our team safe and healthy at our salon, or wellness business during this pandemic? By reducing contact wherever we can, by offering a low-touch journey. This means reducing our clients’ physical contact with our staff where it’s not necessary—from the point of booking the appointment on. We’re sure that they plan to return to their previous beauty routines and visit previous salons and spas once the coronavirus “quarantine” ends. So we are most excited to book hair, nail, brows, shaves, manicures, pedicures, massages, wax appointments, etc. in that order.
We may need to move stations further apart to meet social distancing guidelines, and we’ll need to add time between each appointment to ensure proper cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing which tis our priority goal. Not only because we are living in pandemic days; it is mandatory forever.
