Investment plan in Cuenca

Hello, my name is Mateo Sebastian Leon. I am looking for a long-term investor here in Cuenca, Ecuador. I have been living here for 3 years and Cuenca has treated me very well. I came to finish up my parents 6 floor apartment building. Due to a covid-19 my father has passed away April 8th in Queens, NY and my Mother is now on her own. My Mother is currently 67 years old.

I came to Cuenca to manage my parents building in order for them to have a nice income once they would have arrived here in Cuenca.

Now my mom is doing her best to finish up in order to come home. The building has 6 floors. First floor has 2 rooms (1 with private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living area and entrance pathway. Second floor 3 rooms; each room has a bathroom, kitchen, laundry space, small living area and balcony. 3rd floor has 3 rooms, each with private bathroom, 1 guest bathroom, living area, kitchen, laundry space and balcony.
4th floor isn’t done, my Mother has decided to make it a studio. It will be a beautiful studio. Fifth and sixth floor would be a duplex, with 4 rooms; 2 with private bathroom, 2 guests restrooms (1 with shower and 1 without). Kitchen with a beautiful island, big living area with sky view on Fifth floor and beautiful 180° view of half Cuenca on the sixth floor.

The plan is a 5 year term once building is up and ready to open and rent. This construction plan would take about 3 months to complete. Ounce completed and rented (We plan to rent per rooms) your payment would start. I would love to make this happen especially for my Mother to come back home, she hasn’t been back here for 24 years.

I am currently trying my best to make money on my own and to help my mom out. It’s not enough in order to compete everything before December. If something becomes official the first that will be done is to bring my Mother back home.
