If you have driven by the SRI building on Remigio Crespo you will see a line around the block of people waiting to get in. At this time it is taking over a month to get an appointment. Monica met me at the building, we got in the +65 line, and we were in the building, and finished in less than 20 minutes. Monica made all the arrangements, set up my account for the tax refund, and submitted the paperwork. Everything has been acknowledged by IVA and refunds in process.
