The menu changes weekly ……
Your dinner includes:
St. Louis Ribs (the best ribs to BBQ) hand-rubbed, slow-smoked for hours and finished on the grill with mopping sauce, finished with our own barbecue sauce.
Pulled Pork – prepared much like the ribs to a moist, smokey BBQ treat.
Texas Style Baked Beans, Mom’s Potato Salad

Old Fashioned Peach and Apple Cobbler with Sweet Cream…
Not into barbecue this week?
We offer our popular Herb and Garlic, Rosemary Oven-roasted Chicken as an alternative main course and Vegetarian requests are always welcome, just give us a heads up at least 24 hrs in advance.
Saturday, in-house restaurant dining … open 4:30 to 5:30 PM with cocktails and wonderful onion rings and socializing …. dinner about 6 PM.
Sunday we do the cooking for you – for pickup or delivery 11;30 am – 5 PM – dinner $17.50. Reservations required…
