When my eight-year-old laptop crashed, Mustafa did his best to resurrect it. Recognizing the futility of it all, I asked Mustafa to assist me in buying a new one locally. Thanks to his computer expertise and personal connections with key computer store personnel in Cuenca, he was able to get me a very good deal on a new laptop. I also used Mustafa for setting up a new laptop for my wife, including transferring all her programs and files from her old desktop computer to her laptop.
Most recently, he helped me track down problems I was having with an external monitor and a back-up hard drive.
Mustafa is very punctual, quite reasonably priced, and speaks very good English.
