My name is Nick Derstine. I have a degree in Sport and Exercise Science from Seattle University. Since graduating university in 2014, I’ve been teaching people over sixty how to safely, effectively, and efficiently build the strength and mobility necessary to navigate the challenges of getting older.
Since moving to Ecuador in 2020, about half of my business has been coaching online via Zoom or WhatsApp video chat so I am experienced and capable of delivering every bit as high a quality session and workout over video chat as I can in-person.
