Surrounded by these four rivers, a Cuencana family decided to create a recipe for an enjoyment of everybody.
For 15 years they tweaked their recipes for our enjoyment.
One was designed for the absorption of your favorite whimsical-wim cocktail creation. Being neutral in notes, it is ready to have a play. This became the silver.
The other was matured with a slight fruital note and goes surprisingly well with Cola (yes even the sugarfree version) or you can enjoy its subtle tones by itself over a cool rock. It’s Gold.
Yes, right here in Cuenca is the home to 4Rivers Rum (Ron). And, true to form, they are making a special Dark rum to be released later this year.
