Independent living + historic downtown center, 3 meals a day 24/7 staff

In short: great community of people, great location, great food, great English-speaking staff 24 / 7 = great lifestyle and great piece of mind. After showing our lovely mansion on the outskirts of town to dozens of people, the feedback I am getting is that people want to be in the city center. I am now in talks 4 amazing locations in the town center. I will report back as talks develop but I have a commitment on one amazing location on Calle Larga. This location will have options depending on room selection from $1,200 to $1,400. There will also be shared room options for as little as $1,050. Tours moving forward may include 2-3 different locations.

Independent living (Plus) in the lovely Historic Center of Cuenca. The plus refers to added services we can offer as needed to help you stay independent as long as possible. The prices include, gas, water, electricity, internet and 3 meals a day plus butler on hand 24/7.

Cleaning staff for your room available too, laundry service available as well. Various classes from Yoga to Art and more can be provided should the interest be there.

Live in the lap of luxury with your own personal chef, Bodhi Kroll, who will coordinate 3 meals a day with his team. We will plan menus 1 month in advance for your approval and the menu can include American, English, Thai food, Chinese, Vietnamese, Indian, Mexican, Italian, fusions and special requests. There will also be 3 standard back-up meals if you don’t want the meal offered that day. Breakfast will be American style. Snacks will also be available upon request.

One of our new locations features, pool table, piano, card table, Yoga studio over the river and bar plus amazing views of the city and the river. Another has a massage table, sauna and one of the finest gardens in Cuenca, a piano and some of the loveliest sitting rooms that will transport you back to the year 1802.

Sign up and meet the chef and the other interested people and tour the home. The properties all have their own individual pros and cons and the monthly prices will vary according to which building we agree on and what rooms you choose in that building.

We have a meal credit system for missed meals which means you can invite friends to eat some of your missed meals.
Catered parties for your friends available upon request. Or invite a friend to join you for $6-$8. depending on what the meal is.
Excursions organized.
We will commence everything when we have a minimum of 8 sign-ups. There are 16 -29 rooms to choose from depending on the building.
We are setting up tours every Friday at 11:45 AM so call or email or message us to make an appointment for a tour.
