Return to Lima to fly to Cusco, the heart of the Inca Empire. Explore its temples, stone streets, and archaeological sites on the classic city tour. Next, discover the breathtaking Sacred Valley, including Ollantaytambo, and enjoy a delicious buffet lunch in a traditional hacienda before boarding the train to Machu Picchu Pueblo.
The highlight of the trip awaits: a guided visit to Machu Picchu, a magical ancient citadel surrounded by misty peaks. Afterward, return by train to Cusco, where you’ll enjoy a free day to explore the city at your own pace. Finally, fly back to Lima, Tumbes, and return by private transport to Cuenca.
