At this time, El Mundo Orgánico is offering six (6) food baskets for home delivery — three (3) sizes with organic products and three (3) sizes with natural products.
To place an order: At this time, we are accepting orders only via WhatsApp Text at 093 906 2640 for delivery within the Cuenca city limits. When placing your order, in addition to identifying the basket (or baskets) you would like to order, please be sure to provide your name, phone number and delivery address (with any nearby landmarks, if possible).
Schedules for orders and deliveries: Orders for organic baskets must be received before 5 PM, Mondays and Wednesdays, for delivery to your door two (2) days later, meaning that orders placed on Mondays will be delivered on Wednesdays, and orders placed on Wednesdays will be delivered on Fridays.
Orders for natural baskets must be received before 5 PM, on Mondays and Wednesdays, for next day delivery (Tuesdays and Thursdays).
Freshness: We strive to deliver the very freshest fruits and vegetables to your doorstep. Most of these beautiful fruits and vegetables are picked early in the morning and delivered to you by the afternoon of the same day.
Special requests: If you have a special request for a fruit or vegetable to be provided along with a Basket, or you would like more of a fruit or vegetable already included in a Basket, please let us know via text, and we will try fulfill your request. We will advise you in advance of any additional charge for your special request.
Substitutions: Because several fruits and vegetables are seasonal, we may need to make an occasional substitution if an item listed for our Baskets is not available.
For deliveries outside of Cuenca: To place an order for delivery outside of Cuenca’s city limits or for any special orders, please send us a text at 093 906 2640 with your request and your contact information, and we will call you as soon as possible to discuss your request.
Restaurant orders: We are also accepting orders to provide produce to restaurants. If you own or manage a restaurant and would like the convenience of having fresh produce delivered to your location, please text us.
El Mundo Organico store opening: Regarding the opening of our store location, we are working very hard to open it as quickly as possible. If you have signed up for our Newsletter, we will keep you posted on the progress toward the opening of our store location.
