Hynotherapy: I highly recommend hynotherapy as a modality in your healing journey. In a session, complete relaxation is achieved, entering into the Theta brain wave band. Suggestive hypnotherapy is given to the subconscious mind, allowing for deep inner transformations. Successful in the treatment of depression, anxiety, addictions, phobias, and improved sleep patterns.
Reiki – This two hour session includes a spiritual limpia, reiki therapy, chakra attunement with frequency soundbath. I follow the Usui lineage and have been in this practice for 24 years. Subtle but powerful healing modality.
