Dear friends of Gramm Bulkshop, we want to share some information about Moringa the “Tree of Life,” wich has been heralded as a superfood.
• It provides calcium, potassium, vitamin A, and more protein than any other vegetable. It also contains: flavonoids, phenolic acids, polyphenols, alkaloids, isothiocyanates and glucosinolates.
• Moringa is rich in complete proteins (25% of its content), which contain all the essential amino acids and it is 100% digestible.
• The moringa contains 15 of the 20 minerals, highlighting calcium and iron, and contains 7 of the 13 vitamins (group B vitamins, vitamin A, C and E).
• Moringa has a great antioxidant capacity.
• It helps in the control of glucose and fats in the blood, it is anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, anti-cancer and liver protective.
You can take moringa powder by adding it to meals, sauces, juices, smothies or preparing moringa infusions.
