Last Thursday night at 10:30 PM a backhoe hit the left front of our SUV while it was parked in front of our home and the driver did not stop. I immediately informed our broker, and personal friend, Jenifer Cascante of the incident and sent her three videos that we received from neighbors and the security camera. At 07:25 AM the next morning, Jenifer called me by phone with an explanation of what was needed from me. Furthermore. she filed the police report and sent me the claim form (which she filled out) for me to sign. Also, she told me that I could take our suv to the dealer that we purchased it at last year for an estimate of the repairs. Hopefully we can receive the estimate tomorrow morning. This is the last thing needed to be sent to the insurance company, before we can be provided with a replacement auto.
