The Grace Foundation has been located at our office building for almost two years at Edificio Astudillo y Hijos, Ordóñez Laso y Guayacanes. It is a wonderful location for both our hundreds of beneficiaries who are provided health care, food, clothing, English lessons, music lessons among other things and all of our wonderful volunteers. In looking at our wonderful building one of our volunteers envisioned starting the largest feria in Cuenca, using all three floors for over 100 vendors in a space void of rain and wind, with no need for tents or shade.
As we talked about the potential, we decided to have not just people selling items, but people who provided various services, so instead of just reading a post, you could meet a potential person that you might need. In addition we wanted to provide opportunities to other service organizations so that everyone has a better idea of how people are helping in Cuenca.
Finally we wanted to put our three floor feria mall to use by allowing people who have performative arts to demonstrate what to expect if you signed up for lessons or a class. If you are a person who wants to meet others to sell, provide a service or reach out to many people on one day, please meet us Sunday, November 2 between 10 AM and 2:30 PM. Our gold mine is your gold mine. See you there.
