I saw a recommendation for the Louisiana Shrimp Po Boy sandwich from someone, and that reminded me that I’d been wanting to order from Chef Narcissa. Today seemed like the perfect time to try the sandwich and get a free dessert. Ordering is so easy, just send a WhatsApp message (in English, yay!), and after a short wait, my delicious dinner arrived. It was so well packed, nothing leaked or got squashed. The apple crisp even came with a small container of ice cream. I opted for a salad with mine, and it was just as lovely as the salads I’d get at the restaurant. But the sandwich was so big that I had no room for salad or dessert after I finished it, so I’ll be saving those for later. I love the Cajun remoulade on the po boy, just the right amount of spice, and the shrimp were nice and tender. I think next time I’ll be getting my favorite macaroni and cheese.
