Río and Sierra invite you to discover Cuenca’s most exciting small-batch liqueurs and spirits — available this Saturday, September 6th from 9 AM to 3 PM at Solano Bistro’s Feria Bistro at Paucarbamba 1-92 between Doce de Abril y Manuel J Calle.
Handmade in Cuenca, our collection blends Ecuador’s finest ingredients — raw honey, organic vanilla, toasted cacao, and Loja coffee — with traditional methods and bold, modern profiles. From silky creams to oak-aged sipping spirits, every bottle is crafted for flavor, balance, and consistency.
Featured Spirits and Liqueurs:
Andean Oak Spirits
Whiskey-style sipping spirits — oak-aged character, crafted without barrels.
● Oak Reserve – Smooth and balanced with charred oak, and a mash-inspired blend of barley, rye, and corn extracts.
● Oak Heritage – Our take on Bourbon: warm oak, soft sweetness, and hints of rye, corn, and cinnamon.
● Oak Fuerte – Dry and intense with a bold dose of charred oak for a whiskey-pure edge.
● Oak Dulce – A rich spirit with honey, cinnamon, vanilla, and layered oak warmth.
● Oak Fuego Dulce – Bold and sweet with fiery cinnamon heat and a smooth finish. A spirited kick for those who like it warm.
Andean Creams
Silky, shelf-stable cream liqueurs — rich, smooth, and indulgent.
● Velvet Cream – Our version of Baileys: creamy, elegant, and balanced.
● Mocha Cream – Ecuadorian coffee and artisan cacao in a velvety base.
● Toasted Hazelnut Cream – Nutty, bold, and comforting. Toasted hazelnuts meet smooth cream in this indulgent liqueur. A richer, deeper cousin of the classic hazelnut cream.
Andean Earth
Grounded, roasted, and full-bodied — made with nuts, cacao, vanilla, and coffee.
● Andean Café – A bold but smooth coffee liqueur made with Loja beans.
● Dark Cacao – Deep dark chocolate with no cream, just raw cacao intensity.
● Andean Almond – Rich toasted almond with soft vanilla and a warming finish.
